The answer is no, you cannot use TGE to make .dts objects

if you want to make objects you need to use a 3D modeling program, something like milkshape, blender, 3D Max, etc

^ Stiff, No you cannot make shapes with Torque (TGE), please dont give out wrong information.

You used Torque Constructor to make that tank shape not Torque (TGE), in the same way there is Torque Show Tool Pro, Torque Game Builder, Torque X Builder etc etc - you see a commonality here?

The only problem with constructor is that I am 99% sure you cant export your shape as a dts. If thats the case its not worth using. You might be able to export as .lwo and then import .lwo into milkshape, blender or 3D Max and then export as .dts but constructor to .dts is not happening

Torque Constructor is used to make buildings for games. Sadly, TT does not support this functionality. I would suggest looking into Milkshape to make the tanks. It's relatively user friendly, and cheap to boot.

@Dazzle: .low or .lwo? One is a file I don't know of, the other is a lightwave object. Did an update come by allowed exporting to lightwave? Or am I blind and just didn't see it at all.
Pardon my rudeness, I cannot abide useless people.

^ ops typo... should be .lwo (lightwave) I am at work right now but I did check last night and I am sure on my version of constructor there is an export as .lwo option.
