Well since God created Hell, and we were born with sin, so, as soon as we reach the "age of understanding" we're condemmed to hell unless we do what God says. No, he wanted us to have a choice. If i wanted, I could make a bot for my computer that worshiped me. But what's the point in that? Absolutely nothing.

Also, I was brought up in a christian home. I drifted away, but then i asked God to come back. What a difference it made.

Well, anyhow, I don't believe that god exists... I can give you a few reasons...

So yea, what the hell created us? The big bang? it was just a coincidence that the only 2 particles in the universe collided? And how were these created?
The other option is.. A higher power, like god... But what created that power? perhaps a "godly bigbang"? I don't think he's existed forever... If he has, then what would be his last memory? infinite years ago?

For who said about the complexity of our bodies and made the question of where chimps came from... You should pay more attention at school!
It's something like this (probably full of mistakes, but I'm not a pro), wich have 2 different possible stories currently, we can't say wich one is correct...

1. Something (what was it? "godly big bang"?) created God, who created the universe and humans or animals who evolved into humans...

2. Something (what was it?) created 2 particles that colided with eachother, that made large chunks of rock to go floating around the galaxy, some made stars, some made planets, on our solar system, earth evolved more, all the eruptions made gases that reacted and it rained water for years, that created the oceans... some cells started evolving, multiplying, evolving into bigger stuff, like fishes, then some evolved into air breathers... Evolved into plants before that of course... Then animals evolved into others, then into others, etc... until chimps evolved into humans, and here we are...

Well, 2nd one has more scientific proof than the first one... But still, we can't deny either of them, nor say they are correct...

I myself, chose to believe in the 2nd one, as it's got more substantial proof... Also, I think religions were made so that the people on earth could be controlled. You can see that until about 1800 almost no evolution had been made all due to dogmas of the religions... And all the attempts of doing so, like the renaissance (sp?) had then been stopped by the religion where they happened, many times with the usage of force "in the name of god"...

Now tell me, if god exists, how would we know who he has talked to? How would we know who is worthy of such "power"... I mean, are we sure that the pope actually communicates with god? Or is just doing all this because he is hungry for power? We can't answer either, but I prefer to choose not to trust him. It's like as if we went to a stranger in the street and said "You are higher than me and I'll obey your every command"...

Also, if the pope told you to throw yourself from a skyscraper's highest floor (basically suiciding) "because it is god's will" would you do it? (Answering yes is easy, but doing it is not)

Basically, before I believe in something blindy, I need proof... The big bang theory has much more proof than the "god created earth", even tough we can't say either of them is true or false... Give me substantial proof and I'll believe you

I don't believe you can prove that god does NOT exist right?

Also, you fail to grasp the concept of infinity. In fact, no one can understand infinity. It goes on forever. Infinity is just a label we've given it.

Also, on monkeys --> humans:

Evolution is about gaining something (like legs) not losing them (such as a tail)

Lastly, on your #2:

What are the odds of that happening? You have a better chance of being struck by lightning on a day of clear skies in a bed of daisies dancing with a chipmunk. No coincidnece at all.

But who knows? Maybe God has a sense of fun, and decided to make the universe with a big explosion. Like i said earlier:

I am kinda sorta on the big bang and on the "God" theory....

I'm not sure which to believe, but I don't ponder this the whole day, I just live life and get just passing grades in school

Indirectly, yes.

I could pay you to worship me, but that wouldn't mean much would it? So he gave us free will.

I'm not an expert on this stuff, these are just my thoughts
