I think you mean the fog correct?

If you have my modwizard, the new one, Start modwizard like normal by pressing the "M" key.
Then press "CTRL + M" and change the Fog Volumes 1 2 and 3 buttons to 0 0 0
then press "CTRL S"
The mission should reload and now you can go down into the fog

He changed the fog colour there.

Go into your MIS file and select floor = "0"

Unkillable floor.

Adversely, if you have floor at like "1000" no-one will be able to fight, because we'll all die in invisible fog.

What you need to adjust is like ^ says the floor level. The floor level is the level in meters from the very base of the map (thats the bit as far down as you can go).

Example: If your map height is 100 then the floor must be set to less than 100, if its over 100 then tanks will die as they spawn.

Think of the floor as an invisible flat object that covers the entire mission area, if you are above it you live if you are below it you die.

So set the floor at the level you want tanks to die at. Setting at 0 will mean noone will die even if they are driving on the base of the map.
