Dragons Lair

Ok so when I was a kid I could never get this game, I watched others play but could not quite grab how to control it. Then I discovered the Daphne emulator which not only enables you to play Dragons Lair, but a whole host of other lost in time laser games. So I have spend hours trying to master this game and have succeeded in completing the whole thing.



Anyone else have experience with this great game?

Funny you mention Dragon's Lair. I was just at this arcade http://gallopingghostarcade.com/ this past weekend and saw Dragon's Lair II. I recall back in the day when it first came out. I believe it was the first game that I saw that required $1.00 instead of $.25 or $.50.

I didn't get around to that game. I was too busy w/ old school Tron, Galaga, Centipede, Star Wars, and many others. I will give it a go next time I am there.

That game really made me mad. I never seemed to be able to get the timing down. I think the laserdisc was too slow. I could get started, but after a few stages, phooey...

Cool to see a walkthrough. I ran out of quarters before I got this far.

Reggie, that Galloping Ghost Arcade place looks excellent, I could defo loose myself in there for a few hours

If you want to play any of these old laser disc games I have everything downloaded and ready to go, taken me a few months to gather everything thats needed. Just need a large upload place, maybe phobik can assist
