DAZZLE'S UPGRADE PACK
If you haven't already done so, upgrade your game by downloading Dazzle's all-in-one upgrade pack. It comes with everything you need for today's servers. Right click, try the compatibility tab and run TT in Windows 2000. That may fix it, but yes, please give more details.

If Im correct, you have a bad download (right? dont all downloads go to /temp?)
Have you downloaded any thing from the internet such as an internet attachment or anything? Possibly a document?

Why not just go check out how I did it? When you would look for similar threads you would find it,
ok, go to Control Panel, Automatic Updates, and turn it on, update it later when it pops up,
Then Go Here,
Download, install, try again.
And check if you have all your drivers up-to-date.
