Here's some that I've made. http://www.box.net/shared/41pezmdarc Bowman.ani is my favorite one. I use it for a loading cursor.
To change your cursor (in Windows XP), go to the Control Panel, click "Appearance and Themes", click "Mouse Pointers" (which is in the top-left corner on my computer,) click the "Pointers" tab in that window, then choose the cursor you want to change and press "Browse" and find your new cursor. If you have Vista or Windows 7 directions, you can post them here.
I've had it for a few years and have gotten no viruses.
