somehow my dads managed to delete all of the word, picture and other files off any folders on the desktop, basically All MY things and my sisters coursework, maybe he was been a dummy and was trying to prove a point but still is there anyway to get them back? at all. i tried a system restore and it brought back folders not documents.
ideas?

Check Recycle bin if any are in there or did he erase everything in there? Thats all I got, I would guess that the deleted files from the Recycle bin would be in a compressed folder or something like that.
