Change the music in my server

Is it possible to change the music in your server not like lush and that i mean mp3 music files?

Here's a guess. Let's say you choose rock, well I hate rock and I won't go into your server. Lets say I put some rap in my server. This guy hates rap. So only ppl that like your music will go into it. Another thing would be the lyrics(if they are appropriate or not) and it would get really old very quickly and just be playing annoying. Then ppl start complaining in the forums about the music in so and sos server. And for the little kids that own the game their parents will get mad about the music and then complain to us and whoever else has control over tt; thus decreasing the community.

^ No thats not actually the entire reason.

Here is the deal:

1, a new map on a server with a half decent connection takes 5 mins to download and is like 500kb
2, if you use your own music the client will have to download it before joining the server and the file size will more than likely be greater than 500kb so it could take 10 mins or more to download some music which is just way to much
3, your music track will probably only be 3-5 mins in length and a game lasts 15 mins, the track will not repeat like the usual TT music does so even after taking ages to download, the music will only play for less than a third of the game time, pointless really
4, most players dont actually have the music on in game
5, like mus said clients may not want to hear your music
6, if you have other modded elements to your map the total download time will just be to long
7, what's the point?
