You upload them on a site like for exampe ImageShack. Then you get a whole bunch of links, I usually pick the one at the bottom. Then I use the [ img ] [ /img ] tags so it doesn't show up as a link but as a picture.

So finally you get:

If I wanted to post a picture of one of the best beers in the world it would look like this.
