Saving TGE Files on a Mac
I've probably asked this question a million times but I've never been able to get a satisfactory answer or I would be modding my heart out. I go to make a map on the TGE Demo and I've got the terrain color and shape all laid out with files in the right places and using TT files and such. I save the map, but I can never get it to go into ThinkTanks so I can ModWiz all over it. It always fails because the filepath is wrong or something like that, and if I could be given direction or linked to directions that would be absolutley wonderful. I just save the file usually, and move it over to the missions file in ThinkTanks, thought you might want to know.

Re: Saving TGE Files on a Mac
First off you need to post a screenie of the consul log so we can see what it says when you try to enter the map, then we can see what is wrong.
I dont use macs, but;
When using TGE to select terrains to paint your map or when selecting objects to place on your map, first you have to make sure that the data folder in TGE is IDENTICAL to the one in your TT directory. AND THAT YOU DO NOT USE FILES, SKIES OR OBJECTS FROM THE DEMO FOLDER. If you dont do this simple thing you will never get your maps to work in TT.
