What exactly does a mod/skins gallery admin do, and what skills might he need?

Mods Gallery needs to be framed in and set up [ie: the areas setup for the uploads, by category, id or setcion, not sure how the modders want it]. Doing this would insure the admin has solid knowledge of all aspects of the gallery application.

Skins Gallery is already set up, but admins will have to prove their gallery app knowledge in Area51 before being being put into position.

In general, regular gallery checks and maintenance will be needed. Make sure the galleries and albums are all in a row and "clean" of both content or verbage that is offensive.

you can only use the BBC codes listed at the top of the text editor box...to do an a href link you can use either img /img or url /url in [ ] [ /] brackets.

For example, you can use an url inside the open tag bracket and it will only show your link text between the brackets...

umm well seeing as i am not on PTT2 as frequintly as i used to be i guess ill run for wich ever is less time consuming (my grades are slipping) and might not be so much of a responsibility on my shoulders because i dont like to be criticezed if i make a mistake or anything.

P.s. ty for that tip on the url stuff (and yes it does sound grammatically challanged lol). also i will email you a code that i spent 10 dollars on making the banner, and im sort of disapointed it will not work, if you could copy and paste it onto your on clipboard from the email and customize it so that it may work in the forums (its my Skinning Tourny 07 Banner btw) that'd be great tyonce again.
