They mean nobody will want to hang out with you this week, as you are unable to control fits of unexplained hysteria, followed by extreme self-loathing. They mean you'll push away the affections of the person closest to you, because you just feel 'unclean'. During this time, it is very possible for you to do irreparable damage to your closest relationships.
