I have no where else to turn, becuase I dont know that much about computers, and I know there are a bunch of comp geeks out there. I re-installed XP on my comp, because I wiped my hd. My internet is a bit laggy, like the FPS are very slow. Its like 1FPS and it loads from bottom to top. If you have expirenced this before, you know what Im talking about. Is there a way to correct this?

you probably have to reinstall your graphics card drivers.

Or download the windows updates

(Service pack 2, (or 4?))

and other windows security and critical updates

check the refresh rate in display properties and see if its set right for monitor
