A Server Will Be Open Once a Week to let people sign up and get Tested to Find Out their Skills. Think Tankers will be asked questions from the "Requirements Column." If you get tested and answer al the questions, You're not in -LT- Yet. You have to get approved by the Leader and, or, the Advisor.
