OK! Try this,
1 Get the XPACK skies folder, whether from the XPACK
or a bud can zip and IM it to you and overwrite your skies folder
2. AND redownload the map pack from this thread and reinstall the maps

With the game time set at 90 seconds you'll never get in without the goods

OK, I have the servers set up, please sample ASAP. The admin PW is the same as the server PW. Misuse of admin will answer to commish.

I still haven't heard from Sniper.

strange that,
A real techie should weigh in with what that really means.
I know that the recent lapbook -MacBookPro - we (family) got I transfered my TT application from my desktop (along with a few other app's when I first set it up).
I then made one account for my wife, one for me.
I put the TT app in a shared folder in users (mac folks should still be with me here) - so that it could be accessed from either account.
As fate should have it when I try to open TT in my account I get that same Torque Game engine error message, but it works fine in my wife's account.
Same TT application, same laptop. One works , other doesnt.
Not sure if the pref's or something only read in one and not the other.
If someone can tell me how to fix that along with helping DEEJ, that would be swell.
