^ Hi - you need to have someone who's played in PSL before vouch for you. You know anyone who can vouch for you?

The way I see it is: We got 27 players. The talent pool is very high and very consistent across the board (only one noob). We waited a long time for people to find this and join, so we need to get the momentum to start heating up. I am getting PM's about the demise of TT and PTT2. No doubt we are down to the bone - so many fewer players these days. I don't know what the end of TT looks like, and it may very well be near the end. But PSL is a separate world of it's own. It's Fight Club. If this is the last season, so be it. But we need this to be a vigorous season. It is not PSL if it is not intense and high-energy. There is always the risk of low attendance taking the air out of a league such as this. I think every team has to have 2 reserve players each week to make sure every game is packed. So the options are:
4 on 4: 5 teams of 6 (need 3-4 more players for this), 4 teams of 6 (would be 3 extra players)
3 on 3: 6 teams of 5 (needs 3-4 players), 5 teams of 5 (would be 2 extra players)
In an ideal world we would play 4 on 4. PSL games traditionally have not been 3 on 3 - they include more people, like in 4 on 4 - the atmosphere is different.

If you are pumped to get started SOUND OFF! We need to make some NOISE in here! :wheelchair:

Yep I'll keep talking it up in servers and in emails to vets.
Didn't feel like it was close to demise today as I had many good games all afternoon and evening.
Woooooot!

LET'S DO EET! I'm ready to administer some severse beat downs. The Scrum Society and Cuddly Teddy Bear's were legendary teams in their own right - I want to see what the final chapter holds in this epic saga.

I already have 4 possible team names, all of which will allow for posting hilarity. If I do not captain, others may borrow them.

And NO, "serverse" is not a typo. It is a word that means "severe and perverse" and/or "service verse."

The only part I heard was perverse....

What was that other part?

Napalm, son.
Nothing else in the world smells like that.

I started making a potential drafting order today - I have to say it has been hard! There is quite a bit of parity among the players (at least based on my past and present experiences).

I'm almost to the point where I might have to consider the actual geographical source of the player to mitigate any aggregate lag effect on the team based on server location, given that it will vary.

This analysis in and of itself is somewhat severse...

Woot Smacker!

I agree with Prof - a very consistent skill level across the board. I think we could see very balanced teams this time around.

A quick perusal of captain's hats reveals the below ordering of "claim staking."

Smacky
TankerBel
Fishtank
ACA
t-34
Prof (Monica offered, but only in the case of a shortage)

This has simply been compiled as an FYI, and was not intended or written to be used, and it cannot be used by the taxpayer, for the purpose of avoiding any penalties that may be imposed on the taxpayer by any governmental taxing authority or agency.
