Blender can be used to export DTS files, DJ. I remember a tutorial for that some years ago, I guess it would still work.

It doesn't work, actually (Blender is known for changing important details with every release), but if you follow the README and look at the example, you can figure it out. As I said, I got it to work.

ok so let me get this straight...the object of the game is to try and get the "death ball" to the other side by overcoming obstacles and fighting off other tankers? but yet you say that your tank will become EXTREMELY WEAK when you get the ball?
if you have other tanks shooting at you while you try to make your way through obstacles in your "extremely weak" tank..i dont see players carrying the ball for more than a few seconds at a time. kinda like when you pick up the ball in scrum while your smoking and your half a map away from the goal..you usually dont make it too far. you say tanks that die will respawn at the beginning? so everytime you die you have to make your way through the obstacles to reach the other players again? i think people will get bored with this real soon.
goals will more than likely be made by players that are lucky enough to be in the right spot to get the ball right at the goal....or in this case the other side of the field. so this is basically scrum with obstacles.hehe.
there are already many different games in TT that ive played and loved. but for some reason not too many people play them when they are up. if they are fun when i play them with just one or two players..i can only imagine how fun it would be with a room full of players.
your idea seems fun..but i think it would get old real soon. maybe you can tweak it a little. like getting rid of the parts that would become frustrating after a while. like dying too soon. having to respawn at the beginning.

there is already a ball like the ball of death in our shapes folder i think it is in fixits it is like impossible to skin thoe

Yuk is right. you need 2 weaken firepower of other tankz when u have ball or raise ur armor. noone will like it when there is only 1 point scored in 5 mins left.

I think the Ball of death should give you more health.

I could model and script. I'm not sure how to get textures working on custom models within TT though!
