Cadc isnt a power thirsty guy... hes a nice guy, with an excellent army in his hands, which he controlls very well. The only "Power thirsty" leader is probably wOOt aka Deja Vu.
Not trying to offend him. I mean he just is a tiny bit cocky- but that leads to a good strong army. :)
