ok well i just got home and decided to play TT.
Well when i was gone a room mate decided to help make computer faster and deleate stuff not knowing what it was.
well no i cant play any type of games at all.i think she deleated the graphics card. but i cant find it any where.
Any help would be much loved.

nvm i can lauch TT and i can make my own server but i cant join any other server

You on Windows or Mac. He might have gotten rid of some drivers, like you said.
when you launch the game, and go to the server list, do you see the servers? or does it say no servers found.

well my room mate was smart and put it on a cd first so i just reinstalled them.
