Actually. all those shapes have been included in other mods. and you will have not fixed it up and put objects how i wanted. i'd rather put in objects myself. i'd rather HAVE A FUNCTIONING MODWIZARD. i'd rather be able to do it myself. not rely on others. thanks though. but i don't want it the way you have it. :whistling:

instead of "fixing" my map when its fine. someone fix my modwizard. :tankertongue:

I'm only taking that my map is broken and stif is right from dazzle. and some of those buildings may not be in mods. and may not work. but this is what i can tell. REPENT's urban warfare mod has many. and i mean many. of those objects i have in my mod. :bench: :rtfm:

The buildings are not the problem, and to be clear I have never seen this map!!! The only time those buildings cause an issue is when you have dozens of them all facing the tank camera at the same time. The windows have something called environment mapping, which reflects the surrounding environment, and too much of this can cause the game to severly lag. I have seen mods in the past that use so many of these buildings the tank cant actually move because of the huge amount of environment mapping from the buildings.

If you were to post the dedicated server consul log perhaps we could actually see what is wrong from that and then tell you what to do, but all you seem to say is HELP ME, FIX IT, IT DONT WORK!!! Do you realise that most of these faults are something YOU have done wrong, yet you expect others to fix at the drop of a hat!!! In 90% of cases the consul log will either tell you whats wrong or give you an idea as to whats wrong, if only you were to look.

As far as placing objects and mod wiz is concerned, why dont you :

A) place objects in TGE like most of us do
B) delete your current modwiz and exec lines, download and install a fresh copy - BUT READ THE INSTRUCTIONS FIRST!!

Luke,

You claim to be a modder but yet seem to create problems with most things you make, people offer to help you out and then you chastise them for doing so. I think you should slow down and pay more attention to detail and READ the relevant documents and readme files before you actually do any modding. We will always try to help but you have to stop claiming to be a modding god when you are obviously not. If you give good quality information we can help, but without that we can offer no support. As good as some of us are we are not mind readers.

I spend quite a lot of time helping modders and fixing their stuff. Most problems are the users fault and common mistakes. If I believe the person I am helping is learning from what I have shown them they will get my time, but if I believe they just want it fixed and will make the same mistake again next time and cry HELP because they did not listen in the first instance they will not usually receive my help. Which pile do I put you in?
