What are you going on about? I have no allusions about my abilities. I certainly do not overrate my skills. I "habitually" assign myself to the STRONGER team, rarely if ever to the weaker team. I frequently swap out to Red if a stronger player enters the game and mine is the weaker team, I have left games to allow a stronger player in if I feel that I am a severe handicap.

I have PMed you a few times in game that I feel w00t's maps are shooter biased and you have replied, in kind, that they you feel the Banlist mods promote camping. I believe "campfests" was the word you coined. That hardly constitutes sniping. I PMed you because I wished to avoid another "sluggy is being bitchy" session.

Yes, my defense of my playing style was out of context and I should have deleted it from the post. If you caught as much crap as I do you might be tempted to defend your style also. Still I should have removed it from the post.

I split you and w00t once, perhaps twice, as I recall. w00t complained very strongly. You said it didn't matter to you. I didn't do it again. I have noted in cases where your team massively dominated games that the two of you comprise a formidable force and suggested that splitting you might help balance.

Communication is considered by tacticians as a force multiplier.

I played as Varga because I was tired of the crap I was getting playing under my name and didn't want the burden of being an Admin. I always identified myself to Admins when requested and I avoided chatting. As an unexpected consequence my game play improved a bit. I often avoided games in which you were a player because I was fed up with your abusive chat.

As you are not a professed Xtian my use of a biblical quote is hardly a mark of my bitterness. Since this is not a theological discussion any claim of "proof texting" is specious, at best. I could just as easily have made a reference to Pots & Kettles but Motes & Eyes had been on my mind since reading your previous post. Surely, you are not suggesting that a skeptic-cynic is not permitted a literary reference simply because that reference appears in someone's holy scripture? Must I purge my memory of all religious knowledge simply because I am an atheist?

Memory of events? Since I rarely imbibe in alcoholic beverages, never drink to excess and have not indulged in mind altering drugs in a couple decades I would rate my memory of events as reasonably accurate.

right. everyone knows how abusive i am in game. not only a lie, an easily refuted one. and do please illustrate the aptness of your reference. kettle pot is easily enough said, but your reference falls on it's face (talk about kettle/pot: you've been called out repeatedly for your abuse of younger players).

you played under an alias when i was in server because you were uncomfortable. you were uncomfortable because our relationship was strained. not because of my misbehavior -- putting it down to that is extremely childish, deceitful, and dishonest.

here's the deal, i can't get past your dishonesty. what i granted as irascibility, or crotchetiness, now seems just garden variety bitterness and a-holishness. pettiness even. i'm done. you have the distinction of being the only person i've ever regarded as on my permanent /ignore.

it makes me sad because i once considered you a friend, as much as anyone can be in this medium. more, i spent some time with you in real life. you don''t seem to be able to wrap your head around the real issue here: that is, some bits or pieces of our behavior is out of whack. in my opinion, i know what it is, and i've brought that up. but you keep spinning further and further away from that. friends don't snipe and cut at each other, or harangue each other over relationships w/others...friends beyond the age of the 8th grade. you're passive-aggressiveness is the true issue, not to mention your emotionally stunted responses.

You began by ascribing feelings to me that I do not have. When I tell you so you accuse me of lying. How arrogant you are to presume that you know my feelings about anything better than do I.

You follow with a battery of ad hominem attacks then accuse me of making ad hominem attacks against you.

You drag in issues which are irrelevant to the discussion. I have respond to each of your accusations honestly and apologize when wander from the topic.

You dishonestly accuse me of overrating my skills and do not concede when called on it. When you are not playing well you blame ping, lag, fire rate, balance and everything else then exit.

You do not respond to what I write except to criticize my style or to accuse me of duplicity.

When called on your abusive behavior you lay down a smokescreen by dragging in my altercation with Stiffler. Perhaps you hope that since I am not well liked that everyone will leap into the discussion on your side.

spin and dishonesty. subterfuge. feigned indignities...all that to preserve your flabby ego? anyway...your emotional maturity has become the relevant issue: to preserve your fragile, thread-bare image as the crotchety granddad of TT -- a gruff interior, but a gilded core -- you've spun a web of nonsense, and your need is so strong that you believe it yourself. i may have abused a couple people in the forum, but when i'm in the game, all i ever do is play. folks know the difference. nuff said.

ps. i certainly hope no one jumps on you. i feel guilty enough about taking up the space for something that has become personal...probably always was personal. for me it was anyway. i'd preferred to keep it that way, but you never responded to my emails when i tried to address this growing issue months ago. emotional maturity issue again. some men just can't deal...

I am who I am. No more, no less. I have not lied, have not been dishonest, have feigned nothing. If you are unwilling to recognize that then you are even more egomaniacally self-centered than you present yourself here.

The lies have been yours. The feigned indignity - yours. The hateful behavior - yours. The narcissistic ego - yours. I cannot know what so motivates you but I will not allow you to pour your pile of feces on me. I will not concede to your abuse. sorry all, enough is enough. this is a personal dispute, and it really doesn't belong here. the discussion's evolution into what it became snuck past my better judgement. it is obviously a matter either disposed of completely at this point, or pursued privately.
