On topic as a high pinger lag is close to my heart. I haven't seen anything re the IA version on how this will be addressed. There is some very weird affect in the IA version, things start jumping around (like reticles) not just slowing down. I know master server has been mentioned, but how will this affect things. Go easy on me, remember I just about know about the 'on' button on puters.

just popping this thread back up. Does anyone have any more constructive criticism? I am not sure if there has been other commentary on the site.. if so, could y'all post a link to me?
In terms of getting 'heat' around making the instant action version better, I would ask that if you want us to devote resources to it, come over and play at instant action. If you want your voice heard, you need to back it up by generating usage stats that will make a difference to us. All of the things you want are possible on instant action, and resources will be allocated based on the activity on each game.
If you want us to add resources to the instant action version, try to play as much as possible there in the month of September. I understand that the current version on instantaction is not the same.. and if you don't want to suffer through a month of it, no problem, I will not be offended. If you DO want to see ThinkTanks have a life, now is the time, and the way to have your 'voice' heard is just to play as much as possible on instant action.
To be clear, our company (garagegames) is focusing on instant action. We will assign resources to games which show that they have an audience. ThinkTanks is owned by GarageGames, and if it is doing well on instant action, it will get resources.. if not, then it won't. I am not going to twist arms or convince.. the choice is yours to make. We will either focus energy on it, or we will focus on games that have more 'heat'.. from a business perspective, this is what we need to do.

Could this be why think tanks servers were shut down over the past weekend, and strangely at 5 pm?
