I'm still waiting for Namco to update Mrs. Pacman for Playstation. I keep emailing them, but they won't respond. And I paid $21.99 for that game!

My god I wondered just how long it would be till the Rouge show rolled into town to yet again impress us with his mildly amusing attempts to persuade that he has any intelligence at all and that which may exist is only used to wind up, abuse, bully, and incite - I am always amazed at what a mouth and a keyboard can do. Rogue in general you make derogatory comments about this game and most of the people who play it, something you rarely do - didn't you even delete it recently, so why are you still here? Your actions in the past have driven some quality players away from TT and that is something you are proud of, so much so that every dull post I read of yours states that fact, and then you have the audacity to post what you have in this thread and take the high ground as if you are Mr TT and gibber jabber on about clients and such and your so called experience :slapme: Many of the adults on this forum run their own businesses we dont need business school from a mouth and keyboard, jeez who do you think you are. You do not represent the majority or the minority, no one is interested in what you have to say, people like Cannon who have not been around TT that long have made far more constructive and on topic comments than you seem to be able to muster, perhaps someone with your so called experience can learn something from that. We know you like nothing better than a forum argument and if you have that much time on your hands no wonder your own clients complain, little do they know that if more work was completed and less time spent developing an online bully boy persona they might even get value for money.

I suggest you go play IA then post an honest (good or bad) opinion of the platform and game version in this thread, at least that might be worth reading, because everything else you have posted as your online persona is quite frankly just getting boring and predictable now.

I am sure Joe would rather have spent his time writing threads which gave answers to some of the more sensible questions, suggestions and criticisms than having to defend off a Rouge show attack, something I am sure he is more than capable of (not sure as I don't know the guy), but I would rather have spent MY time reading his answers to real TT'ers question than him responding to the pointless drivel you have posted.

Well come on some one has to say it :banghead:

I will post my thoughts on IA tomorrow, after I have dealt with the ever so predictable response to this post.

Good response Dazzle.

I'd play IA if I could get in.

Most of the adults who run their own business please put me in my place. I'll listen.

Why are you cornering me? I read several pages of this thread before responding. Not many had good things to say. I said nothing negative, at all. Well, I questioned his business sense. So what, he can take it and doesn't need a bald headed and buck-toothed Brit to defend him.

So? Why do you pick me to half-heartedly scorn? Because I put into summation the posts in this thread.

"No wonder your own clients complain"

Snicker.

Hi, I'm Reality. Have we met?

"Rogue in general you make derogatory comments about this game and most of the people who play it"

Who? What? Where? When?

We have two Wonder Boys? Revelation?

^
defaults write com.apple.safari IncludeDebugMenu 1

this gives you a "develop" menu in safari. then ...
Develop -> UserAgent -> Safari 2.04
Open up a terminal window and copy

Code: Select all

defaults write com.apple.safari IncludeDebugMenu 1
Paste that into the terminal window and press enter.

If you have Safari open, quit it and relaunch it. Or launch Safari it is not running.

Inbetween the Bookmarks and Window menues there is a "Develop" menu.
Follow path and selection Dash provided

Code: Select all

Develop -> UserAgent -> Safari 2.04
Go to instantaction .com and log in. It will automatically bring you to the download IAPlayer Installer 0.4.0.1 page.

Download and install.

Amazingly I was able to change the settings and download/install the plugin. But after a restart and setting the browser to V2 it gives me the incorrect version error again.

Has been a wonderful experience trying to get this to work.

OK, After some mucking around I was able to set the browser type to I.E. 7 and was able to enter the game.

I admit the graphics are pretty nice. Like the way some of the dynamics have been added like the floating arrows and such.

Seems pretty clear. Seems like the play is a bit spongy, screen too small, can barely even see the bullets. I can certainly see possibilities here, big question is performance.

How do you deal with all of the unruly types? Do you have to just sit there and take it? We've worked long and have to keep the undesirables out of the good servers. Would there be similar ban list functions that exist with the Dash codes? I could probably come up with another 25 questions.

You have to get it to accept the Safari V 2 in order to get the installer for the plugin.

Bypass the trouble by getting it here:
Download and install this.
http://homepage.mac.com/mdisabato/.Public/iaplayer.dmg

That's the plugin.

After you install that, quit safari, and restart. Then set the browser to (Under the develop described earlier) to I.E. 7.

You should be able to get in from there.

^thx anyway, but I got it to dl.
When I opened safari I set it as I.E.7 then when it wanted to install I changed it to Safari 2.0.4 and it downloaded it. I restarted my browser. But it didn't work. When I have it set as I.E. 7 it wants me to install that plugin.... again.
