First off please stop posting threads about the same question, this is the third one!!!

If you dont have a router then your server should show up as there is nothing to block or stop it showing on the list.

Try making a server through the create button, if that works then try again using a dedicated server - if you have problems with the dedicated then its something you are doing wrong.
