well Me43 if you are new then welcome aboard.
The first thing you need to do is play under the same name every time you play. That way you can build a reputation as a good quality player. Once your reputation is established (assuming it is a good one) then you will have an easier time being pick to join a team in one of the leagues.
The above advice applies more to your post in the league thread but what the heck.
Check the forums carefully i believe there is a section on what new players can expect and how you should act while in the servers. All common sense stuff like no swearing, team killing and so on.
