Yet more awesome games...

First of, I got to play with stink again which worked out great again. We played Stink, Tank, Scy and Aure against Belikin, Delta, Cannon-Dale & Gray. Aure seems to have picked up Oxtox idea of a fun game, probably runs in and apologies to everyone tomorrow. But it wasn't bad at all, just a couple of leeroys and maybe slightly more self-esteem then usual.

But what am I complaining? The games were great..

After Stink, Beli & Gray left Fishtank joined us. so it was Fish & Scy and Aure when the other team could field 3 because Stiff Baron kept going "brb". Dork he is... I made a good deal getting the Uber Cannon-Dale bike for a fish in a tank. Must ve forgotten when t raider came in but he was there too :)

Then at last a 2vs2 :: Cannon & Me vs Aure & Speedo - StiffBaron was finally red because he was more out of the game then in it.

Ok, cya tomorrow!

I have been thrown under the proverbial bus. I sense forthcoming increased euro-angst. Therefore, I will turn on Skype and iTunes in order to heighten said lag.

@ Stink: I have my team: Cannon-Dale, Dazzle, Jay & Myself are all up for some good games against the West Coast Wussies. Haven't got a chance to take a look at the maps yet but as I don't have to work tomorrow I ll look into it then.

Maybe we could make this a re-occurring event? Like we play every month or few months.

thursday night: chatterbox night. GS talked about flacidity; fish let us in on his fantasy world; and i got drunk and took off my shirt. magenta got cussed; three tried real hard and so on. the gang was all a-flutter about a mysterious alias, and friends swapped recipes with friends. the scores? who cares? i love the new TS!

real chatty.

rogue would have love it.

^ What Scyth said about the games last night. Scyth dissappeared off YIM, so I was glad I checked out TT servers, couldn't resist when I saw who was in, the wife had to wait for a few more hours. Was great to get a game with Stinky & Fish, rare treats. The one game with Stinky, I realised he had perfected the fumble goal. Got a few games with Fish, I think for the first time & I was impressed. He has the fire rate gunz but knows where to point em & some great moves around goal. One move as described was areal WOW move due partially to me being a numpty too. I managed a few :p steals off Scyth & @ure which made me giggle.

How many 1 point games in a row was that last night? FUN

One thing to consider Stink with the 'havin a crack' idea (which I second btw) is that I genuinely struggle to multi-task. When I have long conversations with people it is usually not in a team game (because invariably someone will get upset) or is when it's more 2 on 2 or 1 on 1. Thats typing, Talking is different, I can do this. Seems like a few of you get on Yahoo & have a crack, I think this is more what it's about. If I moved my PC into another room I may be able to join (PC is in the hall for all to hear, I can't controll my volume levels apparrently).

In terms of the proposed game, can't wait...
West Coast Wussies
I like this name... :)

Could I add something to the map idea? I struggle with the Scrumbag maps a bit because they are all lush & I get lost as a result. Not lost as such, just don't have the precise knowledge required for blocking boosties etc. Roos have more variety so I know 'I just passed the pink rock, so left a bit & hit the boost' This 4 years play may have something to do with the uber map knowledge, but some maps with some more unique features help the newer players. Am I making any form of sense.

@ Smacky - Everyone loves you, what can I say. You nestle to the bosum of the TT community & everyone is happy to live these happy days as you find your way through your passage of TS. We giggle as you bounce around the rocks for 2 minutes or stumble off that cliff. We are happy to pass to you for you to lose it again in 2 seconds. It's allll good. I on the other hand was generally berrated & cursed for being pants by certain peeps. But mostly I found players helped, I had Supratank, Scyth, @ure, wOOt etc. I think Lonewolf helped me via CTF, but in a slightly less nurturing way. There are however certain players who can't be helped, however hard someone tries.

Fear the euros, we're buying main server & want to locate it in europe...Cannon wrote for that to Obama !(I wrote to Hilary but she refuses to make me things like monica did to his husband (bill)...) :tankerconfused:

I have been so busy of late I forgot how much I miss playing scrum, played some great games the other night and finally go to hear stink talk trash on skype. Anyways I am looking forward to the laggy extravaganza thingy, perhaps I should make the laggyest scrum map ever made just to add some teleporting and ghost tank effects to the game, might make it more interesting for you guys as the Euro team comes steaming in......... :tankerguns:

Scrum Up!!!!!
