for the record, it was a tie and two wins, not three. two beat downs actually.

hey, idea regarding map...since this is s'posed to be about who's better, let's reduce the map variable. picking an obscure map that the other team hasn't ever played on is a sketchy tactic. map familiarity counts for a damn lot.

my proposal: the challenging team picks 3 maps, and then the champs get to select which of the three they will play on.
or: just use the same map repeatedly.

map? don't care really. be nice to have access to it say, 10 min before game though so i can check it out.
How was that map any less or more obscure than any other map? Except for the originals, which you have claimed to dislike. I'm sure I was as familiar with that map as you were.
I like stink's first proposal about map selection, maybe a pre-approved list of good maps could be slapped together by some map experts. BTW, i thought Dopey Dale was a great map.

how was it less obscure? really? i believe that was a PSL map used two years ago. likely not seen since. none of us had seen the map as far as i know. you guys chose it...for some reason, unless you dug it outta yer arse. that makes it obscure.

and turns out i do care. didn't think you'd be pulling a map outta the attic. but you did. should have been more specific. "i don't really care which currently rotated map you choose, since we all have the same knowledge of them." better?

seriously, i only mean to suggest a more equitable format, weed out my bitchin' from my valid points, eh? given variables beyond our controls (ahem...ping issues due to proximity to servers) this seems like a variable that shouldn't present a advantage or disadvantage to either team. since the point should be "which 3 man team is best." not, which 3 man team plays the best on a map of their choosing.

clearly, your team out played our team in games 2 and 3. no contest there. watching the film, your strategy was much better'n ours. you ran three players to our two, smoking us out badly, and then traveling en mass to the goal where you overwhelmed the camper. tip o' the hat. also, nice job filming it Rx!

If im correst last challenge we had , maps were chosen for weeks ahead , I think it was Rx who did , maps should be 3v3 size . There should be all stiles maps , Roos ,Dash's ,Wiz/Triv ,MM's, Nap's...
Or lets each team whos playing in it submit their choices 3 or 5 maps , mix it up , and make a list , if you lucky you play on your map if not ...
