To get a screen shot in the game, press Ctrl + P. It places a screenshot.png file in Resources folder. It increments a counter in the file name in case you take multiple screenies.

Or... and this works on almost everything- any program... (but not DVDs)
Command- shift-3 takes a full screenshot
Command- shift-4 lets you select the area to snap.
The screenies show on your desktop as "Picture 1.png", "Picture 2.png"... and so on.

One thing it seems to fail to do in ThinkTanks, whenever I take one or more screenshots and I do not move the files. The next time I take another one it overwrites the first one, the second will overwrite the second and so on.
It doesn't do that in TGE. Just letting you know so you don't lose any emotional moments eh? I hear that picture of your first indy scrum victory is still on the wall next to your bed...
