Dedicated Server losing contact with Master Server

I've been hosting my server for about 2 years now, and I've never encountered this prob. Pretty much the server stops sending heartbeats and getting info requests from and to the master server. It stops working after about 5min. Yes I port foward, yes I have only one Master server in my prefs, and yes im using the ports 28000 to 28010. Help

i port forward 28000 to 28010 both UDP and what the other one is.
Fire wall has been on and my server worked fine for two years.

About the firewall, although you have firewall on your computer, you have to ALSO check your routers firewall, i noticed that when i was there last, you have so many things locked on your router it might be the router that is blocking your connection, besides that, also check up on your Computers firewall, it might have gotten some things reset when you installed a update (if you have).

And question 1, i wouldnt know how to solve, the only thing that came to mind is if you are using your computer or another computer on the network, they might be conflicting with the server or your connection

and for question 2: Port foward what ever ports you want, but couple things, check the ip address that you are putting in, make sure that it is the one that your computer is getting, it should be something like 192.168.1.XXX, make sure it is UDP, i have gotten errors with my game when i didnt have it on UDP, why i do not know, and finnialy make sure the connection is enabled, save the settings and restart the router, after you do that, one thing you might want to check is that your ip address the 192.168.1.XXX is still the same, if it changed then change your ip address on the port range page to what it changed to.

You also might want to try a fresh copy of the game, just so you know that its not your computer but the game. When you do this dont add anything extra, just try all stock stuff, and if it works great!

Then if you find out that it was only the game start to add stuff, one script at a time, not the whole works all at once. then when you hit a script that stops making your server loose connection with the master, you have your bug, post the script here so everyone knows, and then you should be back under way

yes i had a security update but it was still loosing connection before i installed it so thats not the prob.
Firewall on router has the same security as it always had(never touched that tab) and im hosting it on Both(TCP, UDP)
I'm going to reinstall ACAS v3, why?, because i only have access to codes through the admin window and im wondering if it goes the same for every one else in the server(if i type /race, game freezes, i have to force quit it)

Like i said in above post, change your computers security, check out what the update does and what it might block, even though it lost the connection before you installed the update, still have a look at it, disable the firewall and test the game

Also like i said above, change the Both TCP, UDP to only UDP! Look above on why i said that

Finnialy, yes reinstall the admin script, i can type all the codes in my server when i use ACAS 3. Who knows, may be that is your problem from the beginning

k i figured it out, all my game/common and game/client scripts were so screwed that i couldnt chat!!! but i fixed all of that so i try it when i get back

Ok when i run a dedc.folder it shows up for like a min then disapears.but when i just open a unmodded server it runs just fine. i would really appericate it

What port are you using? What kind of router are you using?(if you have one) and are u using the UDP, TCP, or both when you are hosting?
