I am on the road at the moment, but I will get this organized ASAP.

The goal is to get the captains and maps set by Wednesday the 13th, and have the draft on the 20th.

Now take this seriously, I will only captain if nobody wants to. Ill be one of those " last resort" captains picks, but I am unavailable for the drafting, so only if direly needed will I captain.
