I'll second what NUTS! said. I lived in Arizona for 20 years and saw what sun tanning did to women. They turn into wrinkled and grotesque old bags. To me, young and good looking with pale skin = good looking old bag. :pirate:

sun is necessary to create VitaminD which help fixing calcium on bones ?

Yeah Tink looks fine but I confirm what I said : some sun will certainly bring her more healthy (final point of that point of view).
