is 1.4.2 different then the new one: yes, lot easier to work with, different features that arent in the new one. I like the old one better then the new one. And besides, all of the good map makers, (daz, roo, Tbone, Fixit ect.) all use the old one.

Re: Double-Clicked on TGE... Now What?
All right then!
I have it up with the 4 buttons ready to go (TGE Overview, Walkthrough, and the 2 examples), but it will not let me click on anything. One reason I have for this might be because I'm not in the same application as the TGE Editor. But what application am I in? Is this why I can't click on anything? Sorry for the inconspicuousness. Hope one of you understand!

okey dokey! movin right along! I actually ran TGE Demo a different way; I merely double-clicked it rather than running it from Terminal. Alright? But now, I've got this:

what am I missing? Fire? Why do I need fire?

Missing particle texture: demo/data/shapes/particles/fire

Re: Double-Clicked on TGE... Now What?
you're missing data if that comes up. If you reinstall TGE all over again this shouldnt happen but if it does check these paths and make sure there is a folder for TGE in it(considering if TGE writes files in these pathes).
Users/whateveryourusernameis/Library/Application Support/TGE
HD/Library/Library/Application Support/TGE
or you could just put a random image and name it that in the correct path
