Okay, now onto the topic.
We need a new rank, and me be in it.
HEAD OF COMMUNICATIONS.
Remember TS? it fell apart as it had no real communications.
I'd like to:
Be in charge of major communications, such as e-mailing all the members about pending wars/merges/etc.
Be in charge of all formal announcments, such as e-mailing banned members about why they were banned
Just kind of be the PR of the army, including war invitations (Possibly) (Such as getting a leader's OK after I see an army I think would like to war, then e-mail the leader)
Please?
