Got a good taste of the Euro's complaints yesterday when I filled in for Smacky in an ESL match. Yikes.....230 ping and a one second delay on shots, jumppads, and arrows. Spent the rest of the day falling down stairs and zipping my fly up before I was done peeing......

^ I don't know if it will even out fire rates, doubt it, but we better not be ready to jump off the original TT too soon. If TT2 don't have modding capabilities and were going to lose KOTH, ROLLERBALL,... ect... I'm going to be all up for boycotting it.

^^ Yeah I know, also that I am a minority with the lag issue, was just interested. I have learned to deal with my lag, I would just love to show you what the Cannon was really capable. We should get you US players onto Euro servers more often.

in dash bash it doesnt matter what my ping is (usually60-80) as soon as game has 10 players in it im lagging, hence laggy players cause a lagging server, you guys in the northeast dont feel it like us far aways do...i have a 3.ghz htpc 800fsb 2gigs ram and an ati 256meg card on the pci bus, which i believe to be my bottleneck...is anybody using gigabit ethernet yet or would my cable connection be the bottlneck to that?
