Okay, so with all the news about it being browser-based (that is, impossible to mod.. Or at least, a bit "hard") and no talk about offering the games in their original download-form... I guess we'll be limited to the browser.

Let's hope we aren't....

Well, it's always nice to get an update!
The thing is, if you don't let us mod/script you're killing the whole community for the game! I mean, don't allow us to do that and I guess we'll remain behind using the current version... What do we prefer? A game where we can only play stock maps (or atleast mods with stock gametypes/scripts) but has a few more maps with a few new tanks or a game where you can ADD tanks, MAKE maps and SCRIPT gametypes and add-ons? At least for me that's kind of an obvious answer.

The other point would be, how many of us would have left if we couldn't mod/script!? I, for once would have left ages ago (I only play to test scripts right now ;) ) and I don't think many people would have stayed behind.

I agree with what you said art about the modding/scripting

but wont people get a little board of the same maps and same tanks after a while?

this instantaction thing is not going to be one of the best gg ideas

I am wondering how the whole server set up is gonna work. Hopefully, they will let some TT'rs in beta sooner rather than later.

Is this going to perform same for all systems (Mac, Linux) ?

about the questions that T-34 had

dont know about the lag issue

if every platform has a browser that it should work on all systems

and i dont think that they are going to shut down the master server for Thinktanks

if they do we can always use the ip joiner or nuts will put up a master server for us

i also talked to dash last night and he said that if nuts master server is not reliable or he doesent want to always leave it up that dash would make one.

so if Garagegames does quit the thinktanks master server then we have other ways to still play
