NUTS! and I were chatting and we think with regard to the Captain selection, it would be helpful for people who actually want to captain to voice an interest. If we get too many than we can do the election. You can e-mail or post your interest. Thanks!

Plus, it's always fun to annoy people by saying " I was last seasons winning psychoscrum captain". right B?

This seems to be an obligatory post for me...
Good captains really help the league run smooth.
Not only people who can assemble (ie draft) a good, well balanced team.
But also one who communicates well to his team, has the roster set up ahead of time, with reserve palyers in line to fill in if needed.
Problems come up and they need to be able to work out solutions on the fly. Laggy servers, opponents come short teamed (do you play them up a player or sit one and play even...), arguements and accusations will inevitably come up a few times (at least) and the cooler heads there are calling the shots, the better chance of setting things amicably.

These games are intense, everyone gets their fur ruffled.
So when things come up talk with the others captains and the commish to settle things.
And keep you teammates in line.

If you think all it takes is to just draft your friends and all will miraculously show up at game time... you got another thing coming.

(Which is why NUTS would be such a good captain since he doesn't have any....)
