This would be a great contribution, but only if it is available to anyone via a quick download. I don't see how a printed stack of paper that you have to mail people is going to make an impact. Especially if the goal is to target noobs who want to learn more about the game. Something to consider...

I think all this would have to be is a couple pages on the internet...

The shipping cost for a book, and waste of paper, wouldn't make it worth it.
