Yes, games do start promptly. A match is 2 games. Playoffs can go to extra games, but regular season matches consist of just 2. The rules from PSLX are mostly accurate - there have been a few notable changes and that page needs updating...

i gotta say Rogue was probably the best captain of any team i participated in. very laid back and fair...encouraged everyone to just have fun. this anti-rogue movement is entirely a surprise to me.
as far as new teams (again), can i strongly suggest we try to have some continuity. we need rivalries that continue past just one season. its exciting to have a returning champ and to have the underdogs try and knock that champ off. weaker teams can be improved through the draft. another season of playing together can make a team stronger. a returning champ can become complacent and underestimate the competition. all of this creates drama and excitement.
i enjoy the opportunity to play on a team with people i havent played with before...but i've played with most of you already.
anyway....those are my thoughts. i'm a bit bummed now.

^ I think continued teams from last season will depend on those who sign-up. It wouldn't be right if only one team was carried through and the others weren't.
