How do you set a permanent "health gate" like a "reload gate", in your mods?

you need Maxworks special.cs
In the Modding Resource there is a link to MAXWORKS website
Download and substitute (uh back up first) the special.cs
Then set a gate in your mod and save out
Open the mission in a text editor and scroll down to the section that includes
the gate
Change recharge.dts to rehealed.dts and save your mission
Launch and test
