Yeah I am eager to get this going on a regular basis... either weekly or biweekly or something...

The ongoing challenge system has a TON of potential.

That Saturday time works good, but some people have unpredictable schedules. The armies will need to have some backups handy for those who can't make it.

I suggest an early evening during the week would be best.

2 pm EST on Saturday works for me - as long as its a server with stock maps

Yea - I think if we had like maybe Friday night at, like, 5 pm EST - maybe that could serve as a backup?

Don't worry. All we are trying to do is get the basic ideas agreed upon. Once we have come up with a few things, anyone can offer up ideas - and leaders will be open to suggestions from their army members.

I suggest the Saturday time because it will suit literally everyone. Nearly every time zone on Earth could make that time. Also, because it will suit everyone, and its a weekend, we'll have plenty of time to bang around ideas. However, I will add the alternative time of Thursday at 5:00 EST for those who might prefer a week night. Whichever one wins will be the one we do on a normal basis. Sending out the e-mail shortly.

Note: For all armies that have a group leaders account (such as UF_Officers, or Formidontus Iunctus (sp?) ), I will be e-mailing the leader, not the group account (simply because most don't have an e-mail listed in profile).

Yes Fi is in and we will do this and also our friendly scirmishes versus UF. i have not reat all this post i will later tonight.

^ We're setting a time for the leaders/representatives to meet. That's necessary for organization. Game times will be discussed at said meetings. (Maybe if you weren't eating all the time and constantly trying to remain fat, you'd have seen that.)
