Let me understand this better?

You made a map with tge and now it won't work
Did you remember to transfer the texture files over and put them w\ or mission files or w\e

If that's not it,
What's the problem?

(and if you remade the ter, with torque, you should also have that mis file which works)
(all you need then is to replace the object names and delete garbage)

Once you have made your .ter in torque
place it and your mis file into the missions folder

.. Send me a copy of your mis (davidcrane89@hotmail.com)
and i will proofread it, and delete extra junk that tt does'nt like
Um, Then just make sure you have the textures thier also,
and I'll make sure everything matchs up.

The bottom line is this:

1) The Data folder in Torque MUST BE IDENTICAL to the data folder in TT - this way all objects terrains etc have the same path.

2) When you have finished making your map in Torque save it with a unique name do not call it TT1_5 or similar like that then transfer the .mis and .ter files of your map from the game/data/missions folder in Torque to the game/data/missions folder in TT.

3) Go to your dedicated folder, which in the main ThinkTanks folder, and copy and paste one of the batch files, then rename it after your map. Next right click the batch file and select edit, note pad will open up and you will see something like this:

cd ..
ThinkTanks -dedicated -mission game/data/missions/YOUR.misNAMEHERE.mis -game TS -log 1

4) Edit the map name to your .mis file name and change the letters at the end for what gametype you want, the -TSlog 1 element of the batch file will create a notepad file called console in your main ThinkTanks folder, this records events of the server and can be used to paste in PTT2 if you have problems, then we can see exactly whats wrong and help you out. If the server works fine then you can remove the -log 1 part of the batch file, as this can slow the server down.

TS = team scrum
TB = team battlemode
S = scrum
B = battlemode

save the batchfile and close notepad, then to fire up a server double click the batch file, two little black windown will open up and the server will be running.

If you are still getting problems, copy and paste the consul file here.

Hope that helps
