Thanks Daz! Yeah, there's some stuff in there, Cassie had made a real nice noob guide, but it's 404 atm.

 To insert an image into a post use the [img] http://path to your image/yourfile.jpg, gif, png, doc etc. [/img] or use the buttons up above where you're typing. 


Lots of things can be manipulated with the BBCode tags once you get used to them you can get creative!
