We would like to start setting a date for a war with you guys...but first you need to hear a story.

TS has now proclaimed themselves dead and has asked EA if they would like to "salvage" the remains for any active, good players. We agreed to do so (duh) and got a few more members. This means you can no longer "re-war" TS. Now gathering our full strength against you we would like to attempt a war. Here are some dates in which we cannot do it...

1) Any Sunday - Sundays are just too hard and complicated
2) Mornings - it is better in the afternoon

Here are some dates in which we can do it...

1) This Friday, the 16th of March, at or around 3-4 pm eastern (2-3 central)
2) This Saturday, the 17th of March, (My Birthday lol) at or around 3-4 pm eastern (2-3 central)
3) If not either of the above, we have school and you will have to wait a few weeks...

Which sounds best to you? Personally the Friday would be the best for the war to EA but we want you to agree with us too...thanks for listening

Well, I have a feeling that the Friday might be too early for us but I'm not sure. I'll contact Vig about what you've posted. The SAturday might work but I gotta check with Vig.

Just wanted to check in, say hi, also ill try to let you know before hand if im gonna be MIA the whole week end....
Too bad about the war but it sounds like it was just communication error, reminds me of VT vs. TS... Also Fi's "invite more ppl than they need thing" sounds like a good idea,
if you do that it is more likely that you will end up with the right amount of ppl, and if not at least you'll have more than you need instead of less.

Scythe won't probably read this, but:

Blitzer, please do not take this as an insult.

Fi always shows up with (many) more than needed, we have many pleasers that really want to play. We have different line ups for team scrum and there were 2 line ups for this game as far as I know. Yes, from i ve heard, some came in too early. But what was the delay, as Delta said, you had to wait till another VT wanted to come in.
I think that people not showing up is worse than having too many showing up..

Just my 2 (unappreciated?) cents..

Well, I have no problem with too many people, but I think the people entering should use common sense because I remember, and saw that people were coming in and asking "who won?" or telling them why they can't make it. The war results and business should only be told on the forums. I wish everyone who volunteers in armies could see my point. And that is that when there is already 6 of your army members in game, and only 3 on the other side, don't you think you shouldn't enter. There was only one slot left and someone entered and delayed the game even more.

Yes we had to wait for another VT, as it was a miscommunication that tanker didn't receive password.

I appreciate your post scythe, as I know VT may show up with more than needed members, I'm not trying to lecture just discussing what happened.

Well whats done is done, the first round was fun, completely wiped 2nd, and no 3rd or 4th match, so not the "best" war....

Also, next week is spring break for me, so I might actually start being more active...

How bout we do the 31st ( 3 Saturdays from now) At 2 PM EST?

Can i get some feed back from the VTers?

Crap - the 31st doesnt work for me. I will still be on my trip and we fly back that Sunday. It would be nice to be in this war, but obviously if the date works for enough people then I am cool waiting for the results.

That Sunday night would probably work for me tho.

Personally, I have a life. AND I live in Texas..

So I doubt teacher would let me out early for Friday, maybe push it back 1 hour?

After a lot of thoughts, and weighing pro's-n-con's, I came to the conclusion that I'm quite unnessasery in this army, and will no longer support it.
You, VTers, have a lot more, better assets for wars, which are the most basic thing that an army needs (and which I hate to do).
This does mean that I, Cassie, resign out of VT.
