What are some of the best pranks you've ever pulled on someone or a group of people?

Replace the lotion in someone's lotion bottle with mayonnaise.
Stick a small Post-It on the bottom of the victim's mouse. Make sure it covers the light and make sure it has April Fool's written on it.
Take a screenie of their computer desktop... then open the file full screen. They won't be able to interact with it like they can a desktop.
Tape up the holes on the salt and pepper shaker or take the tops off and stuff them full of cotton.
Hook a wireless mouse up to another USB port on their computer (one they can't easily see) and move it around while they work.
Put a rubber band around the push button of the spray nozzle (the kind with a hose) so the button stays down. Point it forward. When the victim uses the sink they will get a wet surprise!
