Bush started TARP did he not? I dont agree with it. I think the economy would have fixed itself by now without stimulis. But I could be wrong.
Obama IS getting things done this month. Mostly because he has bi-partisan politics in his favor AND he has moved more to the center.
Look for this trend to continue as he is alread trying to get re-elected next term. The libs just may abandon him.
