I guess you have the Super-Dooper package Daz.

I'm with Virgin too, but mine seems more than just a tad slower on both counts.

This is what I get for buying a lovely new house and not checking the line in first... I'm surprised I can even join any servers!

Well, since moving to college, I guess my download speed was cut in half and my upload speed is pretty crappy too-

EDIT: Oh!! Philly is an option! I see that now. Upload speed has improved!

Good speeds, but now they have to fix the problem of the internet cutting out. I'll reliability take over speed any day.

I had been noticing how slow my internet had been recently, I did the speedtest check and sure enough if was real low (for what I pay for) like a download of 5.00 and an upload of <1.
I called comcast to rant.
I expected for them to blame it on my router (I bypassed the router for that reason)
Or just have me power down the cable modem and try again (I had tried that before too)
When I explained my situation, they "reset the cable modem " from their side (central hub or whatever) and my numbers improved remarkably.
No drop off after routing the ethernet through the router also (I havent checked the wireless as I dont use that for games normally)

Why wasn't this a surprise?

Rate hike during a massive recession... very classy. I found one item that was lower--- everything else was on average a 15% hike.
