Blank Treads Skin...

I can't seem to get my hands on a blank treads skin... Anyone have one?

Just find the tank tread skins in Resources > Game > Data > Shapes > Tanks > tanktread01-07.jpg. Then open them up and make them all white.

I know where it's located, it's not as easy as you think to change the color just to white... Try it...

Try the skins and player gallery, they are most likely there.
