My wife works in a level 1 trauma center county hospital. She often serves as triage nurse. The law, as it now stands, requires that anyone, including those who have a sniffle or a hangnail who request to be admitted to the level one trauma center must be admitted. Most of the time, these are people who have no insurance. So they are getting health care, BUT AT 10 TIMES the cost! Even though there is an urgent care right next door, the non-paying patients demand the level one trauma center because they are certain that they deserve the best and most highly trained doctors and nurses available. Meanwhile, the gunshot victims are triaged ahead of them for obvious reasons. As the night wears on, the hangnail folks who often find themselves getting testy because heart attacks and gunshots take precedence so they sometimes have to wait as long as 8 hours. All this frustration for nothing. They could have simply gone to the urgent care next door. This is a government thing: Stupid, wasteful, irritating to all, lacking understanding of human nature. I expect much much more of the same from Obama care

When I think government, I think Post office; I think Social Security; I think IRS; I think DMV. When I think government, I think lots of forms and lots of red tape. How could I possibly think of anything else for Government healthcare?

I didn't state that I was for or against the bill.
I stated that it was over 2,000 pages and noway I was going to read it.
That goes for 95% of the public, so all we have to go on is what the media tells use.
As far a the talk radio, I know they all pick through and only tell the parts that fit within their agenda.

You have said that these are not facts. I would love to see some evidence to support what you say. Have these well known events in history been debunked? I was not aware of that. Please show me when and where these well-known facts were disproven and I will immediately apologize to you and this forum for my inaccuracies. So get too it!

2. Admit that you were wrong and that my words were actually quite factual (I'll even give you that I might be wrong on one or two of the smaller details. I don't have a problem with that...I'm a big boy) By of course, to admit you are wrong, you must also admit you are a windbag. But a redeemed windbag is much better than a hard-bitten windbag. A redeemed windbag can be used to hold something with more substance than the wind. And if you do admit you are wrong, as you should, I'd be most gracious to you.

I really don't understand what I'm to debunk. I can argue an opinion but it's impossible to debunk. They're your opinions and not fact.
