Modifying Bots fire rate

I've been using Dash's admin script to set up a dedicated server now I have my new PC

but I can't find out how to reduce the fire rate of the Bots.

I want a server that is more player focused rather than just a Bot fest, like Dash Bash is.

Any tips and advice would be greatly appreciated.

PS, is Dash's admin script the best one to use?

For a dedicated server like that, Dash's is the way to go. It allows you to control tank changers and stuff, unlike AC's which let's everyone use the boss tank...

About your other question though, I have no idea...

EDIT: What are the specs on that new PC?
