I think the introduction of Skype has added a new dimension to PSL and is super fun. What do you guys think?

Seems like the battle for the semi-finals is gonna be a tough one. Everyone is within 5 points of each other down there. With BYEs every week, it could be anybody's game.

as an early Skype sceptic , I have no idea whether lag is increased or not, but the games are clearly more fun with Skype.

I don't know if the skype thing is good or not. We had a certain college student who was dropped from the lineup due to lag issues talking while he was in CB's. Untimely comments about Erma and Pinto during the game left us all helpless in laughter at the wrong moments. This of course cost us the second game to a clearly inferior opponent.

I also find myself having to think about what words I am using. My son is banned from the room while I play but having a Bible basher and a juvenile on the team limits my carefully developed linguistic prowess. I have to force myself to mumble incoherently in an effort to minimize the impact upon my teammates.

there was some conversation after last nights game between a few of us concerning next weeks games conflicting with peoples holiday plans. it seemed there was some interest in taking next week off and moving the schedule back a week.

i would be in favor of this but i figured it would be good to get a conversation going about it here in the forums. can captains poll their teams to see how attendance would look next week and report here asap?

i know the Benny's would be able to muster 4 but i dont think any of us would mind having off to be with family. 2 of us will definitely be traveling for the holiday.
